Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we do ship to several countries! We want everyone to Think about Nalaa! Just use the drop down menu to select your country during checkout, prior to placing your order. Shipping fees may vary depending on your location.

I’m having trouble placing my order. Can you help?

Please review your order to ensure that your order information is correct, especially the shipping and billing addresses.

What's the status of my order? Why I haven't received my package yet? 

Please note that orders are shipped out in 2-4 business days from when we receive the order. As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online.

My order came without a copy of my invoice. Did you forget it?

As you know, Think Nalaa wants to make more balanced and conscious decisions. To support a healthier environment and reduce paper consumption, we support the paperless movement by only sending invoices via email.

Do you offer Gift Cards? 

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer gift cards at this time. Maybe one day?

What is your general care instruction?

We want your Think Nalaa products to remain in great condition and highly recommend following our care instructions. Here are some tips to get the longest life out of your products: 

For eco-friendly pads:

  • Wash warm with similar colors
  • Wash them in a mesh laundry bag
  • Use gentle detergent (preferably a fragrance free one) 
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not use fabric softener 
  • Leave dry naturally 

    For cotton tote bags: 

    • Use gentle soap 
    • Wash gently - (machine or hand wash)
    • Use cold water
    • Do not bleach
    • Leave it air dry naturally
