Return Policy

We really hope you are happy with your order but if you aren’t completely satisfied, we’ll gladly help you! 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it within 7 days upon arrival date of product. It must also be in the original packaging. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Please note that all shipping costs associated with any returns falls upon the responsibility of the customer. We can only cover return shipping fees for damaged or incorrect items.

We currently do not accept exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival. If you’ve received an order from us that is damaged or defective, we apologize in advance for the situation! Please send us an email immediately at: info@think-nalaa.com or contact us through our contact page with a description of the issue within 7 days upon arrival date of your order and we will be more than happy to provide you with a solution.



Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a return confirmation email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow the below steps:

  1. Please check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@think-nalaa.com and we will help you with this issue.
